Role Highlights
- Drive Growth: Build Audley's market share by developing new partnerships with independent travel agents and homeworkers across the South of England.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing agency partners, ensuring loyalty and sales growth.
- Be Our Brand Ambassador: Represent Audley in the field 3-4 days per week through sales meetings, training sessions, networking events and trade engagement activities.
- Influence Strategy: Analyse trade performance data, gather market intelligence, and identify opportunities to strengthen Audley's commercial proposition.
- Deliver Impactful Training: Educate and inspire agency partners through engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
It Would be Great If
- You have significant experience in partnerships, trade sales, or business development within the travel industry.
- You have an established network of contacts within the independent travel agency and homeworking sectors.
- You thrive in a field-based sales environment and enjoy building strong business relationships.
- You are a confident presenter and communicator, comfortable engaging with audiences ranging from frontline consultants to business owners and directors.
- You are highly organised, commercially minded, and motivated by achieving results.
- You are well-travelled and have a genuine passion for inspiring others to explore the world.

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 4 main stages:
- One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to complete a video submission using a platform called HireVue. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further.
- A follow-up call with a recruiter to discuss next steps and share further details on the role.
- The last and final stage is an interview the hiring team, including a presentation.
- Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
