About the Role
As a Trade Parts Sales Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting trade customers and contributing to parts sales performance. This role is focused on delivering responsive service, helping customers find the right parts for their needs, and working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient parts operation.

£30,387 plus OTE Bonus
Responsibilities
- Handle trade parts orders and customer enquiries accurately and efficiently
- Provide timely quotations and follow up to convert sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with trade customers through proactive communication
- Recommend suitable automotive parts using technical product knowledge
- Coordinate returns and liaise with internal teams to support parts operations
Requirements
- Experience in a trade parts or automotive parts sales role
- Telephone sales experience, with the ability to handle trade enquiries and prepare accurate quotations
- Experience upselling automotive parts and building strong relationships with trade customers
- Experience processing parts orders and returns accurately while maintaining reliable stock information
- Strong knowledge of automotive components
- Fluent English communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
