Join LSH Auto as a Trade Parts Specialist

Where your expertise in automotive components will drive our success! Based at our dealership in Stockport, you will play a critical role in ensuring our trade customers receive the right parts at the right time.

Role Overview

In this position, you will manage customer orders, offer knowledgeable advice, and maintain an efficient operation within the trade parts department. Your focus on excellence will help foster lasting relationships with our trade clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage trade parts orders and customer enquiries
  • Provide accurate quotations and timely follow-ups
  • Assist with technical product inquiries and recommendations
  • Handle the processing and return of trade parts
  • Maintain the trade parts catalogue and inventory levels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective supply chain operations
  • Build and nurture relationships with trade customers

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a trade parts role within the automotive field
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing
  • Familiarity with computer systems and parts catalogues
  • Full UK driving licence
