About Us
Andrew Wright Windows has been supplying and installing uPVC windows and doors across Ayrshire since 1937. We've recently joined GHS Group, working alongside Green Home Systems as part of a growing group of companies delivering whole-house retrofit and home improvement solutions across Scotland. Backed by in-house uPVC manufacturing capability, we're investing in the trade side of the business and building out a dedicated sales team to drive growth of trade customers.
Role Description
We're looking for a Trade Sales Executive to join our internal sales team, based at our Irvine facility. This is a varied, hands-on role covering the full order journey for our trade customers, designing and costing uPVC windows and doors and bespoke products, converting quotes into sales, and managing customer accounts day to day.
You'll also proactively develop new business, building relationships with new trade accounts alongside looking after our existing customer base.

What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the uPVC windows and doors industry
- A full understanding of the windows and doors trade and how trade installers buy
- Confident designing and costing window and doors accurately
- Strong telephone and customer service skills
- Sales drive, with confidence to proactively pursue new trade business
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail when processing orders
- Experience with windows designer software advantageous, but not essential
- Based at, or able to work from, our Irvine, Ayrshire manufacturing facility
Key Duties
- Design and cost bespoke uPVC window and door orders for trade customers
- Convert quotes into confirmed trade sales orders, processed accurately and on time
- Proactively identify and develop new trade business by phone and email
- Manage a portfolio of existing trade accounts, handling day-to-day queries, repeat orders and account growth
- Build strong working relationships with trade customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Liaise with the production and manufacturing team to ensure accurate specifications and delivery timescales
- Keep accurate records of quotes, orders and customer interactions
- Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to overall trade sales growth
- Represent Andrew Wright Windows professionally, providing excellent customer service at every stage
