Are you a driven sales professional with a background in international removals who's ready to take real ownership of a trade sales division? Our client, a well-established UK international removals company, is looking for a Trade Sales Manager to join them on a fully remote basis, with a competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000 plus bonus potential.
This is a genuine opportunity to grow your own book of business, build lasting trade partnerships, and play a key role in the continued growth of a business that values initiative and drive.
The Role
As Trade Sales Manager, you'll be the day-to-day point of contact for the company's Trade Partners, providing fast, accurate pricing on both door-to-door and warehouse-to-door quotes across multiple opportunities. You'll own the full sales cycle — from costing and margin application through to upselling additional services — and will work to your own budget and targets to drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and the development of existing relationships.
You'll work closely with the Operations Director to maximise container utilisation, and liaise directly with overseas partners to ensure smooth, cost-effective delivery every time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
