About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll lead our showroom team as part of our Magnet concession in Selco. You will build a motivated and successful team to help drive sales performance across our Trade business.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Desirably an understanding of the KBB industry
  • Experience within a similar role, ideally leading a team
  • A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong leadership abilities to help guide a team that’s motivated and empowered
  • A creative approach and the flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
  • Openness to learn design software
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Flexibility to work weekends
