About the Role
As a Store Manager, you'll lead our showroom team as part of our Magnet concession in Selco. You will build a motivated and successful team to help drive sales performance across our Trade business.

Who We’re Looking For
- Desirably an understanding of the KBB industry
- Experience within a similar role, ideally leading a team
- A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities to help guide a team that’s motivated and empowered
- A creative approach and the flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
- Openness to learn design software
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work weekends
