Role Overview

The role involves daily engagement with External Clients, Front Office trading and sales, internal stakeholders and third party vendors to reconcile exception items and identify/resolve at root cause.

What you'll do:

  • Assisting clients with all trade confirmation related issues.
  • Close liaison with internal businesses and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all issues and breaks are raised and resolved appropriately, in a timely and risk-conscious manner.
  • Produce timely accurate reporting statements to ensure appropriate oversight of client accounts.
  • Assist with process improvement.
  • Understand impact of applicable regulations on the business area and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Assist with client onboarding.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Experience of working in a legal/financial service organisation preferable.
  • Proven track record in delivering results in a challenging and changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret data.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
