Trade Support Executive (German Speaking)
As a Trade Support Executive (German Speaking), you'll join the Trade Distribution team, where the focus is on maximising sales opportunities through travel agent partners. The team builds and maintains strong commercial relationships with agents across the UK and Germany, and this role supports easyJet holidays growth within the German travel trade community.
You'll support and grow relationships with travel agent partners across Germany, the wider DACH region and the UK, acting as a key point of contact for English and German speaking partners. You'll provide operational, commercial and marketing support while representing the voice of the UK and German market internally.
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as a primary point of contact for German speaking travel agent partners, providing prompt and professional support
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents and key industry stakeholders across Germany and the UK
- Communicating sales messages, promotions, offers and product updates in both German and English
- Supporting German and UK trade partners with operational queries, escalations, administration requests and marketing activity
- Working alongside Trade Distribution Managers to drive sales performance and increase agent engagement
- Helping develop and deliver trade marketing campaigns, webinars, training sessions and partner communications
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends within Germany, and sharing insights to support distribution strategy
- Identifying and engaging high performing agents and new partnership opportunities
- Supporting trade social media channels and communications, responding to partner enquiries in good time
- Collaborating with Product and Commercial teams on group booking enquiries and product requests
- Assisting with reporting, administration, account management and sales tracking
- Representing easyJet holidays at industry events, conferences, trade shows and partner meetings across Germany, the UK and Europe

What you'll bring to the team:
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
- Experience in a travel, tour operator, airline, OTA or B2B sales support environment
- Experience working with travel trade partners, agencies or distribution networks
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Good numerical and analytical skills, with strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Understanding of the German travel distribution landscape
- Experience creating and distributing sales communications, offers and promotional content
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A creative, commercial mindset
- A self-motivated, team focused approach with a genuine interest in delivering good service
- Comfort working in a fast paced, international environment
- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany, and occasionally across the UK and Europe
