Trade Systems Intern (Fixed-term 1 year contract)

British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Systems Intern (Fixed-term 1 year contract) in Chiswick, London
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Supports the Trade Systems Team for BAT UK, and Field Force.
- Assists in executing trade campaigns within Independent and Organised trade channels.
- Handles reporting and operational tasks, supporting the Trade Systems team.
- Tracks Field Force KPIs and ensures campaign execution excellence and provides administrative support for cycle campaign execution.
- Builds presentations for the Trade Leadership Team to aid decision-making.
- Resolves system issues, supports system training for field teams and maintains databases to high standards, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Has completed or is near completing a Bachelor's Degree.
- Possesses experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrates good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Has experience with MS Power BI and data analytics.
