Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ashdod for an International Spirit Trader. The role involves:

- Sourcing and purchasing spirits and related beverage products from international suppliers
- Negotiating pricing and trading terms
- Managing contracts and orders
- Monitoring market trends, demand, and pricing across key regions
- Preparing quotations and offers for customers
- Maintaining accurate records of deals and inventories

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Managing documentation for import and export
- Resolving operational issues
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Attending industry events when needed
- Collaborating with internal teams to support company trading strategies
Qualifications
- Experience in international trading or wholesale of beverages, spirits, or FMCG, including supplier and customer relationship management.
- Strong skills in negotiation, pricing, and contract handling, with the ability to secure competitive and sustainable trading conditions.
- Knowledge of import/export processes, documentation, and regulations, especially related to alcoholic beverages and cross-border trade.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics coordination, including warehouse, bonded storage, and transportation planning.
- Proficiency in business communication and reporting, with strong numerical, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Hebrew, German, or Russian are an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized work style, with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines on-site.
- Relevant education in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field is preferred; industry-specific experience can substitute formal education.
