Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Level 2 Tradesperson role based in Weymouth. The role involves carrying out a range of construction and handyman tasks, including basic carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and general repairs as part of property renovation projects. The Level 2 Tradesperson will assist in the installation and finishing of natural and reclaimed materials, ensuring work is completed safely, to specification, and to a high standard of quality. Daily responsibilities include interpreting job instructions, preparing work areas, using hand and power tools, maintaining site cleanliness, and collaborating with other trades and supervisors. The role also includes communicating with team members and, when required, with clients to support smooth project delivery and timely completion.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in general construction and handyman work, such as basic carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and minor repairs.
- Ability to read and follow job plans, measurements, and instructions, with strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good practical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different tasks and site conditions.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with a professional and respectful approach to colleagues and clients.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe use of hand and power tools on construction sites.
- Relevant trade qualification or Level 2 construction-related certification, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site in Weymouth; valid right to work in the UK required.
