Freelance Trading Coach – English Fluency Required

About TNG Institute

TNG Institute is an international online trading academy providing premium one-to-one coaching to traders around the world. We are looking for an experienced freelance Trading Coach to support our English-speaking students and help them develop the skills, discipline and consistency required to become profitable traders. If you are passionate about trading, enjoy teaching others and are looking for a long-term collaboration within a professional and growing company, we would love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-to-one coaching sessions in English via Google Meet.
  • Review students' trading journals, trade history and market analysis.
  • Help students improve their technical analysis, market structure, risk management and trading psychology.
  • Provide structured, constructive and actionable feedback.
  • Guide students through their learning journey using TNG Institute's educational framework.
  • Communicate with the coaching team regarding student progress.
  • Maintain a professional, supportive and motivating coaching environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English (professional fluency required).
  • Proven experience trading financial markets (Forex, Futures, Indices or similar).
  • Strong understanding of technical analysis, market structure and risk management.
  • Passion for education and helping others improve.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, patient and highly professional.
  • Comfortable conducting online coaching sessions.
  • Able to commit to a long-term freelance collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous coaching, mentoring or teaching experience.
  • Experience working with traders of different experience levels.
  • Knowledge of TradingView and modern trading tools.
