Trading Commercial Analyst - Hybrid (2 days WFH p/w)

The Role:

Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a Trading Commercial Analyst. You will be conducting comprehensive trading reporting and investigation, utilising data insights to drive the achievement and exceeding of short and long-term sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and investigate data in preparation for weekly Trading
  • Day-to-day trading analysis
  • Manage and deliver insight on weekly Trading Dashboard
  • Track sales and marketing performance.
  • Assist Senior Commercial Manager in forecasting sales and installs.
  • Manage and review data quality across all platforms.
  • Create clear data reporting.
  • Drive automation and optimisation improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial activity.
  • Optimise the use of data and analytics to deliver insight on Customer acquisition churn prediction and reduction.
  • Develop and implement simple tools to enable commercial and operational teams to 'self-serve',
  • Responsible for providing support and development to other team members.

What you’ll bring to toob:

  • Demonstrate experience in Commercial analysis in a B2C environment.
  • Proven track record in driving customer growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience of PowerBI or equivalent Business Intelligence software.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous knowledge of the telecommunications industry would be preferable.
