A premier regional retailer and wholesaler is actively seeking an ambitious Trading Manager to join its expanding commercial team.

The business offers an exceptional platform for commercial leaders looking to drive impactful growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product performance across designated retail categories to maximise sales revenue, profit margins, and supplier income.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure best-in-class pricing, promotional support, and cost efficiencies.
  • Source quality products, forecast seasonal trends, rationalise underperforming lines, and conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking.
  • Oversee price files, ensure regulatory compliance (UKCA / UL / EC), and perform regular store visits to maintain range competitiveness.

  • Proven track record of meeting financial targets and negotiating high-value deals.
