Are you ready to be the newest member of one of our leadership teams? We think so. Because you love developing others, being a brand ambassador and welcoming better ways of working. If you can get the best out of people, we’d love to see the best of you.

What you’ll do

You’ll coach, develop and support your colleagues to do a brilliant job. From challenging conversations to cheering on progress, you’ll take it all in your stride.

We’ll look to you to lead and motivate an energised team, champion our values and show others how to put the customer first — whether that’s structured direction or more ‘in the moment’ guidance. You’ll look after their needs and welfare at work too and take ownership of the things that matter to them the most including pay and scheduling decisions.

Every day you’ll embody positivity and a can-do attitude, whether you’re learning process changes yourself or helping a colleague to understand them. Above all, you’ll be a role model in doing the right thing for customers and driving profitable sales for your store.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
