Operations Manager – Technical Trading Operations
A leading, technology‑driven trading organisation is looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of its front‑line technical operations function. This is a high‑impact leadership role at the centre of a fast‑paced, regulated trading environment.
You’ll be responsible for guiding and developing a 1st‑line technical trading operations team, ensuring they deliver consistently high standards across client support, incident handling, and live trading workflows. The focus is simple: set the benchmark for client service and drive operational integrity across the team.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading and mentoring a team supporting live trading environments
- Defining and enforcing operational standards, processes, and best practice
- Acting as the escalation point for client‑facing technical issues
- Ensuring the team delivers with accuracy, professionalism, and accountability
- Driving a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
