Catalyst is partnering with a leading global trading and financial markets firm, seeking an experienced Trading Recruiter to support continued growth across its European business. This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with trading leaders, quantitative researchers, and senior stakeholders to identify and secure exceptional talent in some of the most competitive areas of the financial services market. The role offers significant exposure to the business and the chance to shape hiring strategies that directly influence long-term performance and growth.

As a trusted recruitment partner, you will manage end-to-end hiring across trading and quantitative research functions, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and innovative sourcing solutions. You will build and maintain strong networks within niche talent pools, engage high-calibre candidates, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring recruitment processes remain efficient, data-driven, and scalable.

Requirements

  • At least three years' recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of hiring specialist talent within trading, quantitative research, or adjacent financial services markets
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sourcing capabilities
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions through credible market insight
