Meet the Team
Strategic Business Services is responsible for the global structuring and execution of new and complex investment team structures and strategies. Working across the lifecycle of both internal and external teams, the department partners directly with trading management, investment teams and key business functions to deliver solutions that help unlock, grow and scale new business opportunities. Within this organization, Trading Services supports the onboarding of Portfolio Managers and their teams to the Millennium platform, serving as a key point of coordination across asset classes, trading strategies and core business functions.

What You'll Do
- Schedule Portfolio Manager introductions, meetings and platform demos to support onboarding and launch readiness
- Liaise directly with Portfolio Managers and their teams to gather and coordinate new joiner requirements
- Document, assess and communicate onboarding requirements across core teams to help ensure day-one readiness
- Coordinate group transfers and relocations for trading personnel
- Manage portfolio setup activities for existing Portfolio Managers
- Support the team with onboarding workflows and launch approvals
- Oversee shutdown processes for trading groups and portfolios in a controlled and organized manner
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements that enhance the scale and efficiency of onboarding

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic financial services environment
- Strong organizational, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Confidence and professionalism when interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Consistently high-quality work product with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure and evolving environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and follow through reliably
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
