Role Description
We are currently looking for someone to be a part of the Client Services team, directly reporting to the Global Head of Client Services.
The Client Services team has various areas of responsibility, from monitoring and managing our large datacentre installations, setting up advanced solutions with our clients to maintaining relationship with designated clients and handling on ad hoc basis client queries. This position is both technical and business focused and gives the candidate a great opportunity to learn and experience the full lifecycle of advanced global financial trading. The successful candidate is expected to perform the following:
Areas of Responsibility
- Support, monitor and operate our live trading platforms in a 24x5 team (Shift Based Rotation)
- Investigate FIX Connectivity issues
- Configure and roll out technical solutions for clients
- Apply active changes to client setups with instant reviews
- Monitor health of the system with immediate escalation
- Work on key procedure updates and improvements
- Cover US Shift and Sunday Start up on rotation basis
- Review and implement changes on 3rd party venues like OneZero, PrimeXM, Goldi, MT4/5
- Setting up client’s accounts in various systems and according to client’s specifications
- IT escalation and resolving issues directly with the developers.

What We Expect From You
- An interest to develop a career within the financial services industry with a passion in Financial markets.
- High analytical skills
- Stamina, flexibility, hands-on and ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Ability to work in a structured way with clients and the business unit
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise issues and workload
- To be client focused
- Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner and innovative
- General understanding of networking, Windows servers and application life cycle is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Any experience in the FX trading industry is advantageous
- Knowledge about FIX trading / connectivity
- Clear and result driven approach
