Location: London
Working pattern: This is a shift-based role working 4 days-on, 2 days-off, including Bank Holidays and weekends through the operating period.
Hybrid: Hybrid working model with an expectation of 2/3 days a week in the office.

The Role
As a member of the Uniworld Transfers team, the world’s best and most awarded luxury river cruise line, you will be responsible for pulling the list of arriving and departing guests into a manifest depending on their booking of pre/post cruise or embarkation/disembarkation services and booking transfer services with 3rd parties.

This is a busy role, overseeing manifests and transfer services for 14 ships, continually updating and communicating with the many transport suppliers across Europe, including communication with Airport Representatives and Local Hosts.
In addition to the services booked will need to be closed accordingly within MXP Software on a daily/weekly basis, thus ensuring all transfer suppliers and Airport services invoices are processed in a timely manner.
The role requires someone with exceptional organisation skills who can keep on top of the many updates and communication needed to deliver an exceptional transfer service, you will also need to have an excellent understanding of Excel.
Multitasking is key to the role to balance between Operational and accounting queries.
This role will require a certain amount of flexibility, at times managing updates to manifests out of hours and communicating changes to all 3rd parties.

What Will You Do?
- Manage all communication into the Transfer inbox.
- Work on pulling passenger lists into a working manifest.
- Ensure manifests scheduled efficiently around embarkation/disembarkation components.
- Process all updates coming in from the overseas reservation teams.
- Book all transfer components with 3rd party suppliers.
- Liaise with the ship team regarding disembarkation transfer requirements.
- Manage transfer requests in line with expected overheads.
- Book transfer requests for groups and Charters.
- Communicate transfer arrangements to Airport Rep teams, Local hosts, and Train Escorts.
- Manage supplier relationships through regular meetings.
- Daily/weekly closing of transfer/airport rep services within MXP.
- Build supplier services in MXP for transfers.
- Liaise with other departments on various time zones.

About You
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent computer skills, with a sound knowledge of Excel strongly required.
- Travel industry background highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Positive, friendly, enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
- Flexible team player with the confidence to work unsupervised.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
