Traffic Executive/Studio Assistant
Major Players are partnering with a well-known fashion retailer, who are looking for an organised and proactive Traffic Executive/Studio Assistant to join its in-house creative team. You'll help deliver brand campaigns across multiple channels and store environments, including in-store point of sale (POS). You'll work closely with the creative, POS, marketing, production and retail teams to make sure work is delivered on time, on brief and to brand standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves creative operations and wants to learn more about retail and campaign production.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate creative briefs and artwork requests, checking each brief is complete before it goes to the studio.
- Manage timelines, approvals and delivery schedules across campaigns.
- Work with the Creative Operations Manager to allocate workload across the creative team.
- Run studio workflows in Trello and reporting on traffic volumes.
- Keep critical paths on track, flagging issues early and suggesting solutions.
- Updating stakeholders on progress and supporting asset management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
