Traffic Management Operative - 157755

Business Unit: 5042 - Worcester
Location: Bromsgrove

Summary

A safety-focused, reliable team player with traffic management experience, good communication skills, and the flexibility to work across a variety of sites and shifts.

Desirable Skills

  • LANTRA 12D M1/M2/M5 qualifications
  • LANTRA 12D T1/T2 qualification
  • LANTRA 12D T3/T4 qualification
  • NHSS (National Highways Sector Scheme) accreditation
  • HGV Licence (Class C or C+E)
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • CSCS Card
  • Street Works (NRSWA) qualification
  • Experience working on National Highways, local authority, or utility contracts

Specialist Skills

  • LANTRA 12AB Traffic Management Qualification
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management systems
  • Understanding of Chapter 8 traffic management requirements
  • Knowledge of road signage, cones, barriers, and pedestrian management systems
  • Ability to read and interpret traffic management drawings and plans
  • Experience working safely on highways and public roads
  • Understanding of risk assessments and safe systems of work
  • Ability to carry out site inspections and safety checks
  • Basic report writing and documentation skills
