Traffic Management Operative - 157755

Location: Bromsgrove
Summary
A safety-focused, reliable team player with traffic management experience, good communication skills, and the flexibility to work across a variety of sites and shifts.
Desirable Skills
- LANTRA 12D M1/M2/M5 qualifications
- LANTRA 12D T1/T2 qualification
- LANTRA 12D T3/T4 qualification
- NHSS (National Highways Sector Scheme) accreditation
- HGV Licence (Class C or C+E)
- First Aid at Work certification
- CSCS Card
- Street Works (NRSWA) qualification
- Experience working on National Highways, local authority, or utility contracts
Specialist Skills
- LANTRA 12AB Traffic Management Qualification
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management systems
- Understanding of Chapter 8 traffic management requirements
- Knowledge of road signage, cones, barriers, and pedestrian management systems
- Ability to read and interpret traffic management drawings and plans
- Experience working safely on highways and public roads
- Understanding of risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Ability to carry out site inspections and safety checks
- Basic report writing and documentation skills
