Join Our Team as a Traffic Management Operative to cover worksites across our contracts in Scotland

As a Traffic Management Operative (TMO) with us, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our roads safe and traffic flowing smoothly. From installing and maintaining temporary traffic management equipment to responding to incidents and escorting abnormal loads, you'll be at the heart of it all.
The location of the role is across Scotland including the Central Belt and the Highlands & Islands. It may involve staying away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
What We expect of you:
As a Traffic Management Operative (TMO) with us, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our roads. Your responsibilities will include delivering and setting up traffic management equipment accurately.
- Meticulously inspecting returned equipment and completing necessary documentation
- Ensuring our equipment remains in top condition through regular maintenance and repairs
- Promptly handling and reporting incidents
- Assisting with recovery operations as required
- Safely escorting abnormal loads
