Traffic Management Operative
Costain Area 14 Maintenance & Response (M&R) framework team are recruiting for a Traffic Management Operative to ensure the safe and efficient implementation of high-speed temporary traffic management (TTM) systems, enabling roadworks and maintenance operations to comply with Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual (TSM), industry standards, and company policies.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Install, maintain, and dismantle temporary traffic management systems on high-speed roads
- Prioritise safety for road users, colleagues, and the public
- Adhere to traffic plans, risk assessments, health & safety, quality, and environmental procedures
- Operate in line with Costain’s standards and company policies
