About the Role
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with our well-established Traffic Management Company based in Corby for both experienced and trainee Traffic Management Operatives.
Requirements
For this role, you will need to hold a minimum of a TTMBC and a Gate Person Course alongside an Occupational Health.
This is a self-employed position, so you will need to have a UTR number for CIS purposes.
Compensation
- Starting rate for trainees is £14.45.
- Work is regular and ongoing, with the opportunity for full-time roles with the client also.
- Payment is each Friday (one week in arrears).

Working Hours
- Day Shifts: Start times between 0400-0700, paid at a minimum of 8 hours per day.
- Night Shifts: Start times from 1700 onwards, paid at a minimum of 10 hours per night.
- Weekend Shifts: Paid at a minimum of 10 hours.
- All jobs are job and knock due to the nature of the traffic management industry, meaning we can give you a start time but not a finish time.
General Duties (including but not limited to)
- Assisting in general yard duties
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Setting up temporary traffic management systems
- Maintaining temporary traffic management systems
- Removal of temporary traffic management systems

Ideal Candidate
Ideal Traffic Management Operatives will hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points with previous experience driving a 3.5T vehicle (however this is not essential).
