Role Overview
As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems
- Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies
- Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Upholding our people-first culture and contributing to our fresh cultural change program
Requirements For Traffic Management Operative
- Eligibility to work in UK
- Own transport
- Flexibility to work shift patterns of 12 on 2 off (every other weekend off)
- Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months
- Within 1-hour driving distance from the depot
- Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12D M1/M2 or Unit 2). (essential)
