Role Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure compliance across a number of activities both onsite and within the depot network.
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic management in strict accordance with Chapter 8 specifications and scheme drawings.
- Effective communication and engagement with operatives to effectively drive the standards of delivery ensuring that all sites are compliant and appropriately managed.
- A core focus is ensuring the operative community understand the Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) that are in place to protect the business, workforce and public, complying with all site rules, permitting regulations and current legislation.

The Supervisor must have a thorough understanding of the TTM industry to deliver work in the most efficient manner while representing the company professionally at all times.
You will be part of BUKO’s West Division and report to the Area Operations Manager/ Regional Director. The key collaborators for this role are the Depot Managers, Depot Team and Operatives.
