Project Teams’ Purpose

To deliver exceptional project efficiency and profitability.

Traffic Manager’s Purpose

To keep work flowing smoothly through the studio, ensuring projects are scheduled, prioritised and delivered on time.

As Traffic Manager at Taxi Studio, you'll be the engine behind the studio's day-to-day workflow. You'll coordinate planning, schedules and priorities, ensuring the right people are working on the right tasks at the right time. You'll remove bottlenecks, communicate changing priorities clearly, and keep projects moving with pace and precision, while always working in accordance with our Code of Conduct.

Planning Coordinator

You'll oversee the daily flow of work across the studio, ensuring new projects are scheduled appropriately, priorities are clear and deadlines met. You'll work closely with Client Relationship Team and Heads of Team to allocate work efficiently, balancing workloads while responding quickly to changing client needs. You'll keep everyone informed and flag scheduling conflicts early so practical adjustments can be made to keep delivery on track. You'll also support the planning process by maintaining an awareness of project forecasts, upcoming demand and commercial priorities.

Delivery Guardian

You'll monitor project progress throughout the day, identifying risks before they become problems. You'll chase outstanding actions, ensure deadlines remain achievable and communicate changes quickly and clearly. You'll help maintain momentum across every project while supporting high-quality delivery. Where freelance support is required, you'll coordinate onboarding, manage their day-to-day scheduling and act as their primary operational contact, ensuring they are effectively integrated into project teams and studio processes.

Process Improver

You'll continually look for ways to improve how work moves through the studio. You'll help refine scheduling processes, resource tools and ways of working, making it easier for teams to collaborate and deliver exceptional work. You'll contribute ideas that improve efficiency without compromising quality. You'll also use scheduling and utilisation data to support continuous improvements to planning, forecasting and studio performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Trusted Partner

You'll communicate with clarity, confidence and empathy, ensuring priorities and changing demands are understood across the studio. You'll build trusted relationships by understanding the needs of different teams, thinking proactively on their behalf and finding practical solutions. You'll balance confidence with empathy, making decisions that support the team and the projects, always looking for solutions rather than obstacles. You'll remain calm under pressure, embrace changing priorities with a positive, can-do attitude, and help create an environment where people feel supported, informed and empowered to deliver their best work.

Team Supporter

You'll build strong relationships across the studio, becoming the first point of contact for day-to-day scheduling questions. You'll understand who's available, who's busy and where work can realistically be allocated. You'll manage holiday approvals, coordinating cover to minimise disruption to project delivery. You'll support the wider team by helping maintain a balanced workload while escalating capacity concerns to the Delivery Director where appropriate.

Five Important Things

1. Our Code of Conduct

Taxi Studio’s three founders founded three values; they’ve since become the bedrock of our culture. So, on joining us, you’ll be asked to embrace (and sign) our Code of Conduct:

  • Live Fearless: We’ll encourage you to embrace the extraordinary, think bigger, seek to improve, step into the unknown, back yourself, and be true to yourself.
  • Form Real Relationships: We’ll expect you to do the right thing, treat others with respect, champion your colleagues, seek to assist not obstruct, give constructive feedback, and be kind to yourself.
  • Play Fair: We’ll need you to always seek first to understand, collaborate without ego, bring the joy, say ‘no’ when you need to, take responsibility for your actions, and be aware of your impact.

2. Your Benefits

You’ll be remunerated and rewarded based on your contribution to the business, and you’ll benefit from an array of benefits, too, including:

  • Health Cashback Plan/Private Healthcare
  • Enhanced Pension Contributions
  • Enhanced Maternity and Paternity
  • Life Assurance Plan
  • Hybrid Working and Flexible Working Hours
  • Paid Volunteering Day — so you can do some good, on us.

And while it’s not a benefit, we operate a fair salary policy, which is reviewed every year and rigorously benchmarked against industry salary benchmarks.

3. Career Caretaking

We’ll regularly check in with you to see how things are going — celebrating wins, talking through challenges, and setting clear goals to review next time. You can choose to work with a mentor and will always have access to our in-house coach. We also offer plenty of training throughout the year, plus an annual personal budget to support your wellbeing. And if you need a break, you’re encouraged to take a ‘duvet day’ (or two) to look after your mental health.

4. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

No matter who you are, where you’re from or what experience you may or may not have, you are very welcome to interview for a position at Taxi Studio. We uphold diversity of thought and support diversity in people. We seek divergent thinkers. And people that are smart and nice. It’s that simple.

5. Being an Independent B Corp Business

We believe how we work matters just as much as what we do. Being an independent B Corp helps us stay true to that — free from the corporate red tape and shareholder pressures you’ll find in network agencies, we answer only to our people, the planet, and the brief.
