Traffic Manager (Freelance)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Traffic Manager (Freelance) based in United Kingdom.
This is a fully remote freelance opportunity focused on driving and optimizing paid media performance for the UK market. You’ll manage campaigns across Search, Social, and Native advertising channels, with a strong focus on CPL, volume, lead quality, and ROI. You’ll have ownership of campaign performance while working closely with international specialists across Account Management, Data, CRO, and UX. The role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to challenge existing setups and introduce advanced optimization strategies. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on lead generation and business results. It’s an ideal environment for a data-driven performance marketer who enjoys fast iterations, clear KPIs, and outcome-focused collaboration.
Accountabilities:
- Manage, monitor, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Native platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain.
- Own key performance indicators including cost per lead (CPL), lead volume, lead quality, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, targeting, and conversion outcomes.
- Apply advanced paid media optimization techniques across campaign structure, bidding strategies, targeting, creatives, messaging angles, and landing-page flows.
- Work closely with international Account Management, Data, CRO, and UX teams to ensure effective end-to-end campaign delivery.
- Challenge existing campaign setups and proactively recommend new strategies, tests, and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare clear and regular KPI reporting, explaining what happened, why it happened, and what actions should follow.
- Maintain a strong focus on measurable business outcomes and sales-ready lead generation.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns across Search, Social, and/or Native channels.
- Strong practical expertise in Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads is highly desirable.
- Experience with Native advertising platforms such as Taboola or Outbrain is a plus.
- Previous experience working with the UK market and/or within B2B environments.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to connect campaign metrics to broader commercial outcomes.
- Comfortable working in lead-generation environments where performance, efficiency, and lead quality are key priorities.
- Highly autonomous, rigorous, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities without waiting for direction.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with international, cross-functional teams.
- Native-level English or high English proficiency, with confidence working in an international environment.
- Availability to work remotely from Europe, ideally within approximately ±2 hours of the France time zone.
