About the Role
We are seeking experienced Traffic Marshals to join a major long-term construction project. Working as part of the site operations team, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment by managing vehicle movements, coordinating deliveries and ensuring the safe movement of plant, equipment and personnel across site.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control vehicle and plant movements on site.
- Safely guide reversing vehicles and mobile plant.
- Manage access and egress points, ensuring traffic flows efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate deliveries and vehicle movements in line with site requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, plant operators and site personnel.
- Ensure pedestrian routes and exclusion zones are adhered to.
- Monitor site traffic management arrangements and report any safety concerns.
- Comply with all health, safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal, Vehicle Banksman or in a similar site-based role.
- Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification or certification.
- CSCS Card (essential).
- Strong awareness of construction site health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, proactive and safety-focused approach to work.
