Job Overview

We are a shareholder member of Pallet Track, we are looking for somebody that can plan routes for all deliveries within the TF postcode area.

You will also need to demonstrate very high attention to detail and can work well in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Load planning routes within the TF postcode
  • Discrepancies of any pallets coming in.
  • Working with all depots within the Pallet Track network for deliveries and collections
  • Communicating with all our customers on phone to handle any problems, deliveries, pricing and queries.
  • Entering consignments onto the system and answering messages on the pallet track board.
  • Learning the warehouse labelling and organising procedure to cover holidays

Requirements

  • Knowledge of TF postcode
  • An understanding of load capacity of HGV vehicles.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising across various departments and external partners.
  • Previous experience in a logistics environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing as part of a team. This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, proactive.
  • Flexibility and being resourceful a necessary requirement.
  • HGV class 1 an advantage.
