Trainee Account Executive

Location: Wembley, London

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, develop commercial skills, and gain hands-on experience working with clients. You'll receive full training and support while learning how to manage customer relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives in managing client accounts and day-to-day communications.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and account reviews.
  • Learn how to identify sales opportunities and generate new business leads.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Attend client meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets.

About You

  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • A degree, college qualification, or previous customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential.
