Trainee Account Executive
Location: Wembley, London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, develop commercial skills, and gain hands-on experience working with clients. You'll receive full training and support while learning how to manage customer relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives in managing client accounts and day-to-day communications.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and account reviews.
- Learn how to identify sales opportunities and generate new business leads.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Attend client meetings and training sessions as required.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets.

About You
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- A degree, college qualification, or previous customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential.
