Account Executive

Location: Bishopsgate, London

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £30,000 - £40,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

We're partnering with a leading international logistics provider that's helping businesses streamline and improve their supply chains through an innovative digital platform. Following continued growth, they're looking to add ambitious and commercially driven Account Executives to their London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, winning new business, and managing the sales process from initial conversation through to close.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and helping organisations find solutions that support their operational goals. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle while developing a strong understanding of customer needs and challenges.

Working as part of a supportive and high-performing team, you'll receive ongoing coaching, development, and the tools needed to maximise your success and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through to closing new business
  • Identify and develop opportunities with prospective clients across multiple sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand customer requirements
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and tailored solution presentations
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and secure new business contracts
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and update CRM records effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue targets
