Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35,000 - £45,000)

We're looking for a confident and motivated Account Executive to join a growing business, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from generating new business opportunities through to closing deals and managing long-term client relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and wants to develop into a high-performing sales professional within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll take ownership of your own sales pipeline, identifying and engaging new SME customers while building lasting business relationships. You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and the autonomy to develop your own client portfolio.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- Managing the full 360 sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing business.
- Building strong relationships with SME clients and understanding their business needs.
- Providing excellent customer service and ongoing account support after onboarding.
- Working towards ambitious sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Becoming a trusted advisor by helping customers identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A confident, outgoing and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a genuine desire to build a successful career in sales.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
