Account Executive £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £35,000 - £45,000 OTE Uncapped Commission + Lifetime Commission Weymouth

Our client has grown into one of the world's largest franchisers of express parcel delivery and transportation services.

The Role

This is a true 360 sales role where you'll take ownership of the entire customer journey.

You'll identify and engage prospective SME clients, build relationships, understand their business needs, and close new business opportunities. Once clients are onboarded, you'll continue developing those relationships and act as a trusted advisor to help maximise their experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Building relationships with SME business owners and decision-makers
  • Identifying opportunities to save customers time and money
  • Delivering excellent customer service and account support
  • Managing and growing your own sales pipeline
  • Working towards performance-based progression opportunities
  • Becoming a trusted consultant to your client base
