We're looking for a Trainee Account Executive to join our client's growing team in Hitchin. If you're motivated, proactive, and enjoy speaking with people, this is an opportunity to develop valuable skills within a fast-paced, international business environment.

Your Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Contact SMEs through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Learn how to introduce services effectively and generate interest
- Research businesses to understand their challenges and requirements
Client Engagement
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients
- Build confidence through real customer conversations and interactions
Understanding Customer Needs
- Gain insight into how businesses manage operational and logistics challenges
- Support the delivery of clear, practical solutions that meet customer needs
Training and Progression
- Participate in structured onboarding, coaching sessions, and role-play training
- Begin building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Work towards securing your first deals with support from experienced team members
Account Development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support account growth and customer satisfaction

What You'll Receive
- £30,000 base salary
- Realistic first-year OTE of £35,000-£45,000 with uncapped commission
