Trainee Account Manager
£30,000 - £35,000 (£45,000-55,000 OTE)+ Training + Career Progression
Location: Towcester

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding commercial finance brokerage. You'll receive ongoing training and have the opportunity to develop into a trusted advisor for businesses across the UK while building a highly rewarding career.
This varied role focuses on developing relationships with new and existing business customers, providing consultative finance solutions, and driving new business growth. You'll manage the full sales process from prospecting and lead generation through to submitting finance applications and working closely with internal teams to secure the best outcomes for your clients.

The Role:
- Developing and managing relationships with new and existing business clients
- Generating new business through prospecting, networking and targeted sales activity
- Providing consultative finance solutions to support business growth
- Managing customer opportunities through a CRM system
- Preparing finance applications and working with internal teams to achieve successful outcomes
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)
The Person:
- Background in a B2B sales, business development or account management role
- Background in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commutable to Towcester
