  • Assist team with various balance sheet reconciliations, including support with investigating monthly variances.

  • Working alongside the wider team to prepare month-end accruals and prepayments for Propco and Holdco Companies.

  • Assist team with bank reconciliations across Propco and Holdco Companies.

  • Accounting and general support

    • Support with BCL and ONS reporting.
    • Assist team with quarterly management company reporting.
    • Running audit reports and helping to provide information for the external auditors.
    • Assistance with Statutory and Group year-end process.
    • Approving internal transfer payments.
    • Building cross finance relationships (helping with support on requests from other teams such as tax and treasury).
    • Completing ad-hoc work as directed by the line manager.
