Hours
Full time, office based 5 days a week
Training
AAT qualification and ideally progress onto study ACA / ACCA

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships;
- Preparing tax returns for individuals and companies;
- Preparing VAT returns;
- Bookkeeping and record keeping tasks in support of accounts and VAT work;
- General administrative duties supporting the office and client work;
- Liaising with clients and colleagues in a professional manner;
- Working towards AAT and, in time, ACA or ACCA studies, attending college and completing coursework and exams to agreed timescales;

Key Skills and Qualities
- Strong competency in Maths and English;
- School leavers to have ideally 3 A-Levels at grade B and above, graduates to have a 2:1 in their respective degree. Candidates not meeting the criteria may still be considered;
- Team player who is self-motivated;
- Well organised and strong communicator;
