Team Overview:
The Accounts department is responsible for managing the financial health and integrity of the business. This team handles everything from accounts payable and receivable to payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. By ensuring accurate and timely financial processing, the Accounts department provides essential support to all areas of the business, enabling informed decision-making and maintaining strong financial control. Their work is critical to sustaining growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across the company.

- Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm
- Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience

What You'll be Doing

The role involves supporting the finance function across monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end accounting procedures, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- VAT returns and statutory submissions
- Monitoring customer and supplier balances
- Supporting expense and payroll processes
- Providing assistance during internal and external audits
- Liaising with internal departments, customers, and suppliers
- Contributing to ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
- Ensuring financial information is handled accurately and confidentially
- Complying with company policies and relevant regulations
- Supporting overseas compliance for posted and local employees
- Driving continuous improvement across finance processes
