Air Tightness Tester

Surrey GBP28,000 : GBP34,000

Our client is looking for an Air Tightness Tester to join their growing team in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 1 Air Tightness Tester, or someone with a construction background looking to move into a more technical role, to develop their career within a specialist building compliance consultancy.

Working across residential and commercial developments throughout the South East, our client has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality air tightness testing with a strong focus on technical expertise and customer service. As an Air Tightness Tester, you'll benefit from comprehensive training, a varied workload and genuine opportunities to progress within a supportive and close-knit team.

About You

  • Experience working within the construction industry is desirable.
  • ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships on site.
  • Good IT, Maths and English skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence.

What to expect

  • Carry out Air Tightness Testing in accordance with ATTMA standards.
  • Travel to construction sites across the South East and wider UK as required.
  • Liaise with site managers to coordinate testing and ensure sites are ready.
  • Identify air leakage paths and provide practical advice to clients.
  • Analyse test data and produce accurate technical reports and certification.
  • Manage your own workload while delivering exceptional customer service.
