Trainee Assistant Site Manager
📍 Chesterfield (S43)
💰 £15.00 - £18.00 per hour (Agency) Temp-to-Perm

Are you looking for your first opportunity to build a career in construction management? We're recruiting for a Trainee Assistant Site Manager to join a successful residential development in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and ambition to learn from an experienced Site Manager and develop a long-term career within the housebuilding industry.
This role is perfect for someone looking to take their first step into site management. Previous Assistant Site Manager experience is not required.
Who We're Looking For
- Enthusiastic and motivated with a genuine interest in construction and housebuilding.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed.
- Keen to build a long-term career in site management.
- Construction graduates, college leavers, trainee supervisors, site operatives, and ambitious tradespeople looking to come off the tools are all encouraged to apply.
- SSSTS qualification is desirable but not essential. Candidates willing to complete the qualification will be considered.
