About Us
Up and Under Ltd, a member of the RSK Group, is an engineering consultancy, undertaking inspections and surveys of various bridges, buildings, and other structures within the transportation, utilities, and built sectors.
Job Opportunity
We now have an opportunity for a Trainee Bridge Inspector within our team managed from our head office in Crewe, Cheshire. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of projects
- Carrying out works in accordance with the project brief and instructions from the Project Manager
- Maintaining accurate records of actions during works
- Assisting with the preparation of reports
- Adherence to company safety, environment, and quality management system procedures and safety culture
- In addition to your normal duties, you may occasionally be required to undertake additional work necessary to meet the needs of the business, without additional remuneration

Qualifications/Experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Organised and motivated self-starter
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time keeping
- A good level of fitness
