Your Compensation Package:

  • Pay During Training: £14.80 per hour
  • Pay Upon Qualification: £16.06 per hour, with structured milestones for ascending pay brackets as you progress.
  • Overtime Pay: Up to £20.00 per hour for overtime and unsociable hours, at a rate of 1.25x for hours worked after 9 PM, on weekends, or beyond your regular shifts.

What You Need to Qualify:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 6 months.
  • A clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • A friendly demeanour committed to excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and various shift patterns.
  • Must pass a drug and alcohol test as part of the assessment process.

Shift & Location Information:

  • Full-Time Commitment: 38 hours per week
  • Rotating Shift Patterns: 5 out of 7 days
    • Morning shifts start at 04:00
    • Afternoon at 12:00
    • Evening at 18:00
  • Advance Scheduling: Schedules are planned 6–8 weeks ahead.
  • Location: Positions available in multiple garages across London—check our careers site for current openings.
