Job Title: Trainee Bus Drivers
Location: Reading
Salary: Up to GBP38,000 per year
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
We're looking for friendly, caring, and confident people who are passionate about customer service to join our amazing team as bus drivers in and around Reading.
All you need is a can-do, customer-focused attitude and a clean car license. Our Academy will train you to help you get your PCV license (bus license) and your professional development will continue throughout your employment.
We offer competitive rates of pay: after successful training, drivers join our starter rota where the basic salary is around GBP27,300, rising to up to GBP38,000 when you become part of the main rota, with plenty of opportunity for increasing this with overtime.

During the 5-6 week training period, the pay is around GBP519 per week, rising to a basic GBP606 per week when you move to the starter rota, and there is a guaranteed minimum of GBP692 a week when you reach our main rota.
Overtime is often available if you want to earn more.
