You’ll be trained by one of our Master Butchers, and supported by experienced colleagues, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification through our apprenticeship programme.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing

As a trainee butcher in our academy, you will:

  • Learn and apply core butchery skills, techniques and best practices
  • Develop confidence using a range of meat cutting tools and machinery
  • Work as part of a dedicated, professional team
  • Build strong knowledge of the food processing industry

After 3-6 months you will be enrolled on the apprenticeship program to continue your development.
