What turns a campaign from an idea into something that actually delivers results?

Myriad is looking for a Trainee Campaign Manager to learn how our sales and marketing campaigns work from the ground up, from engaging customers and representing brands to tracking results, developing teams and delivering against client objectives.

This is a hands-on, sales-focused role, not a traditional digital or office-based campaign management position. You'll start close to the customer before progressing towards greater responsibility for campaign performance and delivery.

About Myriad

Myriad is a growing sales and marketing company based in Chelmsford, partnering with nationally recognised brands across multiple industries.

We help our clients connect with customers, acquire new business and strengthen their market presence through direct sales and marketing campaigns.

Our culture is ambitious and collaborative, with a strong focus on coaching, continuous improvement and developing people internally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
