Trainee Chef

Responsibilities
- Preparing the freshest seafood and ingredients
- Learning knife skills, prep techniques, and kitchen organisation
- Supporting chefs during service
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Growing confidence in a fast-paced, friendly environment
