Trainee Communications Coordinator

Location: Our Luton or London offices

(Trainee or Apprenticeship pathway considered depending on experience and eligibility)

Salary: £18,000 - £26,000 depending on experience, qualifications and pathway

We're looking for an ambitious, creative and organised individual to join Guidant Global as a Communications Coordinator through either a trainee or apprenticeship pathway, depending on experience and eligibility.


What you’ll be learning and doing:

  • Creating newsletters, intranet updates, campaign materials and engagement communications
  • Supporting branding initiatives and ensuring communications are clear, engaging and on brand
  • Coordinating content calendars, communications plans and stakeholder activity
  • Assisting with events, awareness campaigns and engagement initiatives
  • Using data and feedback to help improve communications and audience engagement
  • Working with internal teams and customers to support recruitment, workforce and business communications
  • Gaining exposure to strategic communications and insight-led storytelling projects
  • Working onsite with clients

About You:

  • Looking to start an apprenticeship or trainee role in communications (subject to eligibility)
  • Ideally degree educated in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a related subject, although we welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate relevant skills, experience and potential
  • Strong communicator with excellent written skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinker with an interest in content, branding, storytelling and engagement
  • Canva experience is desirable
