Your new role

As a Legal Assistant within the Corporate Services team, you will play a key role in supporting a busy and collaborative practice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with Companies House filings
  • Maintaining statutory records
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Providing support on a range of corporate secretarial matters
  • Engaging directly with clients, helping to deliver a high-quality and professional service

This role requires 5 days in the office. The office is located in the City of London.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and proactive individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will be keen to get involved, take ownership of tasks, and develop your knowledge within a professional services environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships will be essential.

Motivated to start further studies of CGI.
